Several police officers are taking a year-long operational training course to develop their managerial and leadership skills.
The course began in mid-April and covers topics such as operational management, sustainable collaboration, communication and influence, and absenteeism. During the training, participants will work on a personal development plan and several practical assignments. The course is a joint effort of the Dutch Police Academy, the St. Maarten Police Force KPSM, the Aruba Police Force KPA, the Curaçao Police Force KPC, and the Caribbean Netherlands Police Force KPCN.
