US candidates standing outside Parliament building after submitting their list on Thursday.
PHILIPSBURG–The nineteen candidates on the slate of the United St. Maarten Party (US Party) will be vying for seats in Parliament at the January 9, 2020 snap parliamentary elections.
The list is headed by US Party leader Frans Richardson; followed by Ministry of VROMI official Claudius Buncamper, who last ran on a list 25 years ago in 1994 for the Democratic Party (DP); Lloyd Paul comes in as #3; Independent Member of Parliament (MP) Chanel Brownbill will run as #4; Delphine Brooks-Mardenborough #5; Elvis Flanders #6; former MP Romain Laville #7; Richinel Brug # 8; Khalil Revan #9; Akeem Arrindell #10; Hilary Williams #11; Curtis Thomas #12; Almando Rohan #13; Arthur Lambriex#14; Sergio Bryson #15; Wilfred Williams #16; Martin Wilson #17; Eligio Somersall #18 and Denis Williams #19.
