PHILIPSBURG–The ring road will be closed to all vehicular traffic on Wednesday from 7:00am to noon. All vehicles must be removed from the road by 9:00pm today, Tuesday, by order of the Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure VROMI.
