  1. EUSTATIUS–The rationing of drinking water in St. Eustatius has been extended.

St. Eustatius Utility Company STUCO made it known to its customers that due to failure of the high-pressure pump at one of its three water plants, the company will continue the water rationing for now.

Water will only be available to the public from 5:00 to 8:00am and again from 5:00 to 8:00pm.

The company had instituted water rationing on November 19 due to various reasons, such as water leaks and the fact that one of the three water plants had broken down.

STUCO extended its apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused to its customers in Statia.
