The Oualichi Festival started on a good note with Dancehall vs Soca in Festival Village on Friday evening.
International artistes representing the two genres performed for a moderate crowd. Soca came out on top and was announced the winner by organisers. Patrons enjoyed the event and organisers Xtratight Entertainment and Kallaboom thanked those who came out in their yellow and green.
