El Ocaso wins Most Worthy Performance at the 36th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta

SIMPSON BAY–Richard Wesslund’s J 122 El Ocaso from CSA 3 won the prestigious St. Maarten/St. Martin Cup for Most Worthy Performance Overall at the close of the 36^th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta last night.
