PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — This Morning the Judge of the Court of First Instance has FREED Terry Webster who was charged with Murder, manslaughter and assault with death as a consequence. Terry attorney is Ms. Zylena Bary.

Terry Webster detention was extended by 8 more days to facilitate the ongoing investigation
