PHILIPSBURG:--- St. Maarten Foundation for Psychologists and Orthopedagogen (SFPO) is looking for families, with children between the ages of 8-12 years, who are interested in the Non-Violence Resistance (NVR) method. The NVR method is an alternative method, whereby, parents will learn how to strengthen their relationship with their children and restore their authority as parents in a manner that communicates to the child, "You are my responsibility, I love you, I am here for you and yet I will fight against your behavior". Parents may be frustrated with their child's behavior and would like extra support.
