St. Eustatius:--- Early March a report has been filed against a police officer with initials L.C. on account of assault. In response, the Public Prosecutor asked the State Investigation Department to investigate. The concerning police officer has been suspended due to the investigation. Given the current investigation this is all information that can be shared at the moment.
Rijksrecherche onderzoekt een politiemedewerker na aangifte.
In begin maart heeft een persoon aangifte terzake mishandeling gedaan tegen een politiemedewerker met de initialen L.C. Naar aanleiding hiervan heeft het Openbaar Ministerie aan de Rijksrecherche gevraagd om onderzoek te doen. De betreffende politiemedewerker is in verband met het onderzoek geschorst. Gezien het lopende onderzoek is dit alle informatie die er op dit moment gedeeld kan worden.
