SYNOPSIS:
A large area of moisture and instability, associated with interaction of an upper level feature and a tropical wave at the surface will produce cloudiness and scattered showers, some of which could be heavy along with isolated thunder. Motorists and residents are advised to remain vigilant due to the possibility of urban flooding.
Winds are forecasted to increase this weekend, and seas are also expected to increase to near 8 feet by Saturday. A small craft advisory will come into effect at 8pm tonight.
