Unfortunately, InselAir has been forced to cancel flights between Wednesday,
November 14th until Friday, November 16th due to aircraft maintenance. We greatly
apologize for this unexpected situation and are doing our upmost to get all passengers
where they need to go as quickly as possible.
Due to the volume of passengers affected by this unfortunate situation, we sincerely
ask that passengers check the status of their booking online at fly-inselair.com to allow
our ticket offices and call center to facilitate the rebooking process as quickly and
efficiently as possible. All passengers will be contacted either by phone or e-mail as
provided at the time of booking.
We again apologize to all our affected passengers; however, our dedication to their
safety is always our primary focus. We appreciate the patience and understanding of
each of our customers as we work toward making the best of this situation and
restore your trust in InselAir.
