Last Friday, three employees of the company Terre Mer Transport Terrassement (TMTT) were awarded the medal of honor for work for their seniority and services rendered to the company by the hands of the prefect Cyrille Le Vély.
More than twenty years of service were rewarded for Isabelle De la Gorgue de Rosny, Bernard Absalon and Olivier Chambeau, all three hired by the company TMTT in the early 2000s. Surrounded by their families, the three employees had the honor of receiving the medal of honor for work, an honorary distinction, offered by Franck Viotty, president and founder of the company TMTT.
This decoration can be requested by all employers in the private sector to reward an employee’s seniority, of at least twenty years.
Isabelle de La Gorgue De Rosny, former secretary, Bernard Absalon, construction equipment operator, and Olivier Chambeau, hired twenty years ago as a truck driver, were presented with their medal of honor for work and a diploma by the prefect, Cyrille Le Vély.
TMTT is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Founded in 1996, Franck Viotty’s company has been involved in numerous major construction projects in Saint-Martin, such as the Galisbay port project, the rock revetment of the Galisbay and Marigot seafronts, and work on the Fort Louis and Royal Marinas. _DR
