The 7-year-old boy allegedly made disturbing statements to the psychiatric expert: “Sometimes, my father lets me sunbathe as a punishment. He was also extremely violent with my mother.”

He denied the charges against him outright, which he simply described as punishment, "like all parents do." He also mentioned an attempt by the mother to alienate the child as a parent.
Outraged, the victim's lawyer and the deputy prosecutor denounced the accused's perfidy and the cleverly orchestrated evasion of responsibility.
