reading workshops for children aged 3 to 8 The Tiny Lib workshops are proving very popular. The workshop on March 14th is already fully booked, proof of parents’ interest in this new cultural event.
Organized around the “Saturday Book”, these 45-minute sessions These sessions are led by passionate volunteers. Engaging stories, discussions, and moments of imagination punctuate these gatherings, designed for toddlers and young readers alike. The goal is to foster a love of reading and stimulate curiosity. Each workshop encourages listening, participation, and sharing in small groups, all within a friendly atmosphere. Due to the success of the launch, a few places are still available for the sessions on Saturday, March 21st and Saturday, March 28th. Installed at 20 Rue de la république and born from a call for projects launched by Libraries Without Borders, with the support of the DRAC of Guadeloupe and the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, the bilingual French/English micro-library offers a welcoming environment where books become gateways to adventure and creativity. In addition to the “Saturday Book”, Tiny Lib is open Mondays and Fridays from 17pm to 19pm by registration (subscription of €5/child and €10/adult).
