9pm to 16pmthe public will be able to to bring together committed local stakeholders in one place in supporting victims, listening to families, and prevention. The objective of this action is to make the services available in the area visible and facilitate immediate access to professionals.
This edition puts the emphasis on prevention and informationin a context where coordination between institutions remains essential. The presence of structures like ALEFPA-Le Manteau, France Victims 978 and Women’s House, CGSSthe Gendarmerie, the Living Museum from Art For Science, the Red Cross with its health bus or even the Companion Builders will allow the subject to be addressed from all angles, from psychological support to social assistance, including access to legal rights and emergency accommodation solutions. A free shuttle will run throughout the day to and from the Marigot bus station. in order to ensure the widest possible participation.
This village is part of a week of action which will begin on Monday, November 24th with a media tour led by CAF and ALEFPA. Appearances on local radio, at 9 a.m. and 17 p.m. on Radio Transat and at 9 a.m. on Radio 101.5will remind everyone of the importance of this annual mobilization launched in 2017 in Saint-Martin, echoing the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Throughout the week, the partners will join forces to raise awareness, inform and encourage people to speak out, so that silence never again protects violence. _VX
