From a local festival to an international showcase
Launched in 2003 organized by ARCHA (Association of Restaurateurs, Merchants and Hoteliers of Grand-Case) under the name Harmony Night, the event aimed to ambition to liven up the boulevard like a big neighborhood festivalTwo years later, the organization was entrusted to the agency Calypso Eventrepresented by Chantal Vernusse, accompanied by Corinne Deloche, who was there from the early days of Les Mardis, in order to to structure the event while preserving its Caribbean authenticity.
Twenty-three years later, the Grand-Case Tuesdays (MDGC) remain true to their identity : to promote the local eateries, restaurants, shops, artisans, and residents of the neighborhood. Having become a major event, they are now featured in international tourism promotion materials. theme 2026, “The Treasures of Grand-Case”, pays tribute to those who bring the village to life.

These figures demonstrate a major impact
Since the creation of the MDGCs, 220 Evenings out were organized and more 700.000 visitors crossed the boulevard entrance. Every Tuesday attracts between 5.000 and 7.000 people. This year, the event will mobilize 380 actors per evening : 40 traders, 80 exhibitors (including 60 locals), 80 artists, 50 security guards and an organizing team of 12 people.
