Since this summer, Princess Juliana Airport has a new ambassador of good food.
After opening a first unit in mid-July located in the Meet & Greet area of the arrivals hall, Le Petit Paris inaugurated its second boutique in the departure lounge on August 11.
A long-matured project
This dual launch is the culmination of over a year of work for Stéphane Passavan, owner of L'Express bakeries, and his teams: “It took time. We responded to a market, organized the entire creation of the brand, to stay on theme and offer bright and welcoming stores.” A successful bet.
A map that speaks to all travelers
The offerings were designed to appeal to a diverse clientele, including Americans, locals, and travelers from all walks of life. There's something for everyone, from fine pastries, salmon bagels, chicken sandwiches, butter croissants, empanadas, salads, and hot dishes. The menu also includes around ten varieties of coffee, meeting a previously underserved demand in the area, as well as juices, sodas, and fruit salads: "What we really want is to offer something suitable for everyone. We've taken care to calculate our margins so as not to have aggressive prices, as is often the case at airports. And we offer a 15% discount to airport staff."
open 7 days out of 7
Present for eight years, the brand now sees Juliana as a strategic showcase, open every day from 6 a.m. to 18 p.m. (19 p.m. in high season). The boutique in the arrivals hall, accessible to all, also allows you to leave with fresh bread and crusty baguettes or order a Caribbean cake. The Petit Paris team adapts the offer daily according to traffic. “We are committed to satisfying our customers as best we can,” concludes Stéphane Passavan, who already dreams of spreading the brand to other airports and targeted cities.
Don't delay in stopping by to taste the true flavor of Paris! Enjoy without moderation.
