After his official visit to Guadeloupe, Philippe Vigier goes to Saint-Martin today, Wednesday October 25. He will be welcomed by Louis Mussington, President of the Community, for an exchange with the territorial council.
The Minister Delegate for Overseas Territories will then visit the Aline Hanson school in Sandy Ground, to discover the Micro-folie system, a digital museum which brings together works from around the world.
Philippe Vigier will then participate in the laying of the first stone of the expansion site of the Louis-Constant Fleming hospital center, before visiting the reconstruction site of the Beach Hotel in order to discuss the challenges of rebuilding the island after the passage of Hurricane Irma. Finally, he will go to a tourist area of the island, for an exchange with socio-professional actors on the revival of the activity and the challenges of diversification.
Philippe Vigier will then travel to the sister island of Saint-Barth on Thursday October 26. _AF
