SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - Leader of the National Alliance (NA) Party, Member of Parliament (MP) Egbert J. Doran, extends his deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers to the people of Venezuela following the devastating earthquakes that have claimed lives, injured hundreds, and caused widespread destruction across affected communities.

“On behalf of the National Alliance Party, I wish to express our sincere sympathies to the people of Venezuela during this incredibly difficult time. Our hearts go out to every family grieving the loss of a loved one, those who have been injured, those who remain missing, and the many families whose lives have been turned upside down by this tragedy.

We also pay tribute to the courageous first responders, medical personnel, volunteers, and emergency workers who continue to risk their own safety to rescue survivors, provide relief, and bring hope to those in desperate need.

Natural disasters remind us how fragile life can be, but they also remind us of the strength that comes from compassion, unity, and solidarity. Venezuela is our neighbor, and as members of the wider Caribbean and Latin American community, we stand together in times of hardship.

May God grant comfort to those who mourn, healing to the injured, strength to those leading the recovery efforts, and hope to every community affected by this disaster.

The National Alliance Party stands in solidarity with the people of Venezuela. You remain in our thoughts, our prayers, and our hearts as your nation begins the long road toward healing and recovery.”
