The Ministry of Sport and Culture of Sint Maarten reiterates its partnership with Nagico Insurances by organizing the second edition of the annual expo focusing on health, sport and culture to be held this Saturday, August 26 from 7 a.m. to 13 p.m. at the complex sportsman Raoul Illidge of Philipsburg.

After the great success of the first issue which welcomed more than a thousand people, the great Health, Sport and Culture Expo returns this Saturday, August 26 in the morning. "The objective of this event since its inception has been to present a representative cross-section of health, sports and cultural organizations on the island, while giving participants free access to health professionals in specific fields, the possibility to be tested for free (diabetes, HIV) and on-site consultations. says Rodolphe Samuel, Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports. "As a provider of health and property and casualty insurance, we understand the importance of raising awareness of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and through this event and partnership, we are aiming to to foster a sense of community and provide valuable information to achieve and maintain this healthy and happy lifestyle.” The Expo will offer many animations and demonstrations by highlighting part of the cultural heritage with captivating dance performances, traditional music and artistic exhibitions. Participants will also be able to learn about interactive sports and dance activities, yoga, capoeira, zumba classes, and football and volleyball training, or an introduction to horse riding. Visitors will also be able to face Sint Maarten government officials on obstacle courses, in the joy and good humor that characterized the first edition. In 2022, the great Expo presented more than 80 organizations and associations, bringing together more than a thousand visitors who came to discover the services and opportunities offered by this event, which has proven to be beneficial for the community. See you at the Raoul Illidge sports complex this Saturday August 26 from 7 a.m. _Vx
