Yesterday morning, Spring Street in Concordia was placed under high alert. Between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m., a security check operation was held near the schools in the area. Fifteen gendarmes, supported by a dog squad, were mobilized for random bag searches and mobile patrols, under the supervision of Squadron Leader François Zimmer and Marie-Hildegarde Chauveau, Chief of Staff to the Prefect.
