GREAT BAY--TelEm Group will reopen its Simpson Bay branch on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, underscoring its push to improve customer service and access. Located at 40 Airport Road, the branch will be open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for account assistance, product support, and bill payments.

As part of TelEm’s modernization, bill payments at Simpson Bay will be made at a self service digital kiosk, allowing customers to pay by debit or credit card. This provides a simple, secure, faster way to manage payments and reflects TelEm’s shift to digital service.
