GREAT BAY--For its expanded 2026 edition, the St. Maarten Annual Regional Tradeshow (SMART) has launched an exciting new “Chirp First” Early Bird Initiative, giving early registrants the chance to choose their preferred booth location on the tradeshow floor. The “Chirp First” offer is available until December 1, 2026, after which regular floor plan allotment will apply. With this announcement, registration for the 18th edition of SMART is now officially open.

The new “Chirp First” option rewards the many St. Maarten/St. Martin companies that have loyally participated in this binational event for decades and already plan to take part in the next edition, set for June 22–26, 2026. It also welcomes new vendors and suppliers who want to secure prime locations and stand out at the show. Given the growing trend of double booths and digital displays, early registration is highly recommended — especially for exhibitors requiring electricity for presentations or extensive setups.

The St. Maarten/St. Martin Annual Regional Tradeshow (SMART) is the largest tourism tradeshow in the northeastern Caribbean. It is organized by the St. Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association (SHTA) in collaboration with the St. Maarten Tourism Bureau (STB), l’Office du Tourisme (OdT), and Club du Tourisme (CdT). Over time, SMART has continued to evolve with innovative features that enhance its appeal as the region’s premier networking event. The 2026 edition will include the return of the “Green Room” for sustainable tourism, and a “Small Hotel Square” offering reduced rates for boutique properties. A full program, currently in development, will be announced in the coming weeks.
