
The landscapes of Saint-Martin are coming to our screens for the holiday season with the broadcast of the TV movie “Murders in Saint-Martin”The latest installment in France Télévisions’ successful series, the thriller, has been available since yesterday on the france.tv platform and will be broadcast in prime time on France 3, this Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 21:10 pm, Hexagon time (16:10 pm, local time).
Filmed entirely on location in June 2024The film draws viewers into a unusual investigation, triggered by the discovery of a man’s body on the deserted islet of Tintamarre. Police Captain Tom Firmain (Fabrice Deville) is forced to collaborate with Inspector Merlene Van de Voort (Aude Legastelois Bidé), from the Sint Maarten police. A tense cooperationfueled by an old dispute, which will gradually evolve over the course of an investigation mixing rivalry, humor and complementarity.
Between pirate legends and mythology TainosThe scenario explores the history and cultural identity of the island, while showcasing iconic sitesFrom the Marigot waterfront to the Tintamarre and Pinel islets.
