Nature lovers and family walkers can rejoice: the Family Trail is back in service. The event, organized by the association Dream of trail, returns in a new formula, at the rate of one outing per month, still under the leadership of Nathalie and Sophie. A more flexible rhythm which will allowenrich each edition of a festive or cultural theme.
The first meeting of the season is set for this Friday 24 October, for a special edition HalloweenThe start will be given at 17h15 from the Kontiki parking lot, at the East Bay. The journey, from a moderate level, will lead participants along the beach to the Galion before returning to the BO. As is the tradition of the Family Trail, young and old are invited to come in disguise for a “monstrously” friendly stroll.
Designed for families, the Family Trail combines discovery, physical activity and conviviality. Each outing lasts approximately 1h30, at a leisurely pace, and allows you to explore some of the island's sometimes little-known trails. The event encourages walking, observation and sharing a moment outdoors, away from screens.
The annual registration costs 25 euros per family and covers all outings until the end of June. A headlamp, water, and sneakers are all you need to fully enjoy this family adventure, which has become a must-see in Saint-Martin's sporting and friendly calendar. _Vx
