
Info Jeunes Saint-Martin partners with the Overseas Barometer, a major national survey aimed at better understanding the realities, expectations, and experiences of young people living in the French overseas territories. Through this approach, the objective is clear: giving a voice to the youth of Saint-Martin so that its needs are better identified and taken into account by local and national decision-makers.
This survey addresses many aspects of young people’s daily lives, including their personal circumstances, access to rights, relationship to the world of work, budgeting, health and well-being, career guidance, mobility, and projects involving civic engagement and social utility. It also focuses on the way young people get their information, the reliability of the sources consulted, the trust placed in the interlocutors, and the ease of access to clear information and respectful of anonymity.
