MHF: Your Invited to a Family Support Meeting | SOUALIGA NEWSDAY

SINT MAARTEN (CAY HILL) – Next Saturday, June 29th, the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) is organizing an extra edition of our Family Support Meeting!

“Would you like to know more about mental health in general? Or do you have a friend or family member who is having a hard time or could need help? The support of the people close to you can make a huge difference!

“In this extra meeting we will provide information on the following topics:

  • Coping strategies – How to deal with a friend or family member with a mental illness?
  • Aggressive behavior – How to deal with aggressive behavior of a loved one?
  • Motivation- How do I motive other people?

    • “Are you interested in these topics or want to know what you can do to help? Come to the meeting at 5-6PM. Refreshments and snacks will be served!”

    The MHF is located at Leopard Road #1, Cay Hill
