SINT MAARTEN (CAY HILL) – The National Institute for Professional Advancement (NIPA) has kicked off its new school year 2019-2020 with programs in ICT, Automotive, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Educational Assistance, Business Administration, Social Pedagogical Work, and Electrical Installation, NIPA said in a media statement on Monday.
NIPA Director, Sergio Blomont says his school team is dedicated to helping students reach their highest potential and achieve overall success. The institution intends to begin this school year on a high note, especially after having celebrated the achievements of 65 students who graduated with certificates and diplomas just before the summer break in July of this year.
Plans are being made by management and staff to ensure that students are consistently provided with high-quality learning experiences that will prepare them for a prosperous future in their chosen career including the implementation of a mentoring system along with a care team department and a student governance council to further support students.
The first week ran smoothly with orientation days, which, among other things, informed the students of their roles and responsibilities and what to expect in the upcoming school year. With that being said, Mr. Blomont wishes all their students, both past and present, much success and encourages them to remain truly NIPA PROUD.
