Plenary Public meeting of Parliament about Prison for Wednesday afternoon postponed | SOUALIGA NEWSDAY

PHILIPSBURG – The Public meeting to be held today Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 15:00 hrs was postponed until further notice at the request of the Minister

The agenda points for the meeting were: 

  • The management structure of the detention facilities on St. Maarten
    2. The status and significance of Progress Committee reports recommendations (IS/1059/2018-2019 dated May 24, 2019)

    • This meeting was requested by MP T.E. Leonard, MP S.M. Bijlani and MP J.C. James.
