GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM) – The Inspectorate of Taxes said on Monday, July 13, as a result of the state of emergency imposed by government due to the current world pandemic caused by COVID-19, the Tax Administration announced the deferral of due dates of filing and paying certain taxes based on art. 9 paragraph 1 ALL.
As a reminder, please see below a listing of the deferred taxes along with the new due dates: Income tax 2019, due date deferred to August 31, 2020.
Please note that taxes not mentioned in this announcement were not deferred and are due on the date(s) stipulated by law.
