Winair’s revised travel schedule: Saba and Curacao Flights | SOUALIGA NEWSDAY

SINT MAARTEN (SIMPSON BAY-AIRPORT) – With newly imposed travel restrictions by our destinations, WINAIR will defer all flights, there will be no scheduled flights until the resumption of flight operations is deemed safe and allowed by authorities of our destinations and Country Sint Maarten.

Unscheduled flights may occur, please check our website fly-winair.sx and Facebook page on a regular basis for these flights. Currently available for residents of the respective destinations only:

Saturday March 21, 2020:      flight# 2242     SABA-ST. MAARTEN              17:25

Sunday March 22, 2020:         flight# 806       ST. MAARTEN-CURACAO        10:00  

Sunday March 22, 2020:         flight# 805       CURACAO-ST. MAARTEN        13:00

Although regular scheduled flights have been deferred, WINAIR will continue to offer charter services throughout this period to destinations that permit these services.

These are challenging times for WINAIR and Country Sint Maarten. What is most important is that we follow protocols and guidelines which are established by our government to assist in keeping our people safe and doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
