PHILIPSBURG – Vicky’s Keys is a well-hidden hostel in the Keys in Sucker Garden. It is also at the center of a land dispute between the heirs of William Henry Marlin and Victoria Madeleine Marlin-Benjamin, the great-grandparents of Cee Marlin and Leroy La Paix, who occupies a piece of land and a home on land that, Marlin says, rightfully belongs to his family.
