PHILIPSBURG:—Tonight through Monday evening: Generally cloudy and breezy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Instability and copious amounts of moisture associated with a passing tropical wave will cause cloudiness and showers across the region during the next 24 hours. Some of these showers may be heavy and accompanied by thunderstorms, which may cause flooding in low-lying areas as well as rock falls/landslides along hillsides.
