PHILIPSBURG:— The police patrol together with the Fire department was dispatched to Peach road for a fire. According to the information provided to the police, a woman was attempting to light her stove realized the fire was sparking from the hose attached to the liquefied petroleum cylinder, kept inside the apartment. The spark caused a small explosion in the unit. The firefighters who arrived on the scene rushed inside to minimize the spread of the blaze. The fire department personnel were able to get the fire quickly under control in the apartment.
