PHILIPSBURG:— On Thursday 20th June during a routine traffic control, patrol officers pulled over a vehicle, which was in violation of the tint laws, in the vicinity of the Rhine Road. During the control, officers noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, suspect J.E.F confessed to having 9 marijuana baggies in his pocket.
