PHILIPSBURG:--- On the 18th June 2019 at approximately 2:15 p.m. the Alpha Team arrested a man with the initials J.D.D (71) from the U.S.; in connection with a theft from a backpack belonging to a staff member of the airport.
This theft took place at the check-in area at the PJIA. The backpack belonging to the member of the airport staff was left unattended, in close proximity to them, while they carried out their work duties. The suspect saw the bag and used that opportunity to snatch the backpack and attempt to flee the area. The Alpha team
