PHILIPSBURG:— The TBO officers who searched Heyliger’s building in Pointe Blanche on Tuesday and the home George Pelgrim, the stepfather of UD Leader Theodore Heyliger arrested Pilgrim on Wednesday morning.
The TBO team is busy with the LARIMAR investigation.
So far no confirmation on the arrest has not been made by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
