p>DUTCH QUARTER:— An incident in Dutch Quarter has left one person in critical condition at the St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) while one person has been arrested. Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson confirmed that an incident where gunshots were heard has left one person in critical condition. Henson said the victim suffered from stab wounds while a suspect has been arrested. More details on this incident later today.
