PHILIPSBURG;— UP Candidate Rolando Brison on Monday expressed grave concern and disapproval over the recent decision by the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development and Labor (VSA) to cut the budget for the Dr. J Foundation, which manages the only transitional shelter on St. Maarten.
