PHILIPSBURG:—In connection with an ongoing investigation of a shooting incident which took place on the evening of Wednesday June 5th at approximately 11.10 p.m. on the Beacon Hill road in the Maho Beach area, the police department seeing the indications thus far has deemed this shooting as an armed robbery whereby one of the victims was shot and is in critical condition at the Sint Maarten Medical Center.
