PHILIPSBURG:—The House of Parliament will sit in a Central Committee meeting on, August 12, 2019.
The Central Committee meeting which was adjourned on August 2, 2019 will be reconvened on Monday, at 14.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Minister of Justice will be present.
The agenda points are:
1.Draft national ordinance to amend the Penal Code in connection with the implementation of some urgent international obligations (IS/1165/2018-2019 dated June 12, 2019) (Parliamentary Year 2018-2019-128)

2. Draft national ordinance establishing a new Code of Criminal Procedure (Code of Criminal Procedure)
