PHILIPSBURG:---The first case, "Broccoli", is regarding the murder of Franky Brunache on January 24th, 2017. The suspects are H.F.M. and H.H.M.
The request for suspension by the lawyers was denied by the judge today.
The Public Prosecutor informed the Judge that the investigation, in this case, is ongoing. The case is now going to Court on September 27th, 2017 at 9 AM. The date was set by the judge.
The second case, dealt with today was the investigation "Mars" regarding the murder of Sarante and Rosario on December 5th, 2016.
The suspects, in this case, are K.K.K.S. and T.J.F.
The judge refused the request for suspension of both suspects. Both will remain in jail while the investigation is ongoing.
In this investigation, there is still on a suspect that has not been arrested yet, "Kuchi" Fortune.
The case has been set to go to court on September 20th, 2017 at 9 AM.
