Court of Appeals grant Prosecutor’s Office permission to prosecute MP Theodore Heyliger.

PHILIPSBURG:— Member of Parliament Theodore Heyliger will soon face prosecution and would likely be arrested as investigators along with the prosecutor’s office continue their investigations that linked Heyliger to bribery and vote buying.
The Court of Appeals grated the Public Prosecutor’s Office the authority to prosecute Heyliger. The decision was handed down on Tuesday August 21st 2018. Heyliger was heard behind closed doors on August 7, 2018.
