He is back in St. Maarten again. Four years ago, Aruba-born, U.S. Marine veteran Dunbar Campbell held a sold-out book signing of his first novel at Chesterfields Restaurant. This time, he is back with his third novel, Winds of Fédon, a historical novel based on the true story of Julien Fédon, a slave master who led a slave revolt in Grenada in 1795.
