PHILIPSBURG:— According to the waste ordinance – A car wreck is legally considered a motor vehicle on more than two wheels, being in a technically insufficient state of maintenance and seemingly in an abandoned state.
These works will be carried out in phases and we will start with Phase 1, which entails the following;
