PHILIPSBURG:--- Business partner of Silvio Matser Dylcia Lake who was arrested early Tuesday morning as a suspect in the DRACO investigation was released around noon on Thursday.
SMN News understands that the TBO investigators accused Lake of money laundering and tax evasion.
So far the TBO has not given any information about the raids, arrests and the host of persons they are questioning either as a suspect or witness in the TBO investigation.
Lawyers from the “The Law Firm” that represented Lake confirmed to SMN News that their client has been released from police custody.
