PHILIPSBURG:— The Prosecutor along with the TBO investigators that are handling the DRACO investigation has denied Lionel Jermain Joseph the presence of his attorney citing that the attorney Joseph chose to represent him has a conflict of interest since he is representing more than one of the suspects in this investigation.
SMN News learned that Joseph chose Attorney at Law Cor Merx as his attorney and Merx is also representing Silvio Matser in this and other investigations.
