PHILIPSBURG:--- The staff of the Philipsburg Jubilee Library dispatched a letter to the Prime Minister and Minister of Education Wycliffe Smith expressing their grievances and the alleged meddling of the board members into the day to day operation of PJL.

 The letter was also sent to the WICSU and to the Parliament of St. Maarten. According to the letter the employees said they have over 40 years of working as librarians and that they have been working for PJL since its inception. They further stated that since the passing of Hurricane of IRMA and MARIA and to date they do
