PHILIPSBURG:---The Philipsburg Jubilee Library would like to notify the general public of its cancellation of the “Fun- Filled Summer Program”, which was scheduled for July 8th through 31st, 2019.
The program has been canceled due to insufficient registrations of participants which limits the program to proceed. The decision was not arrived at lightly, as the program which runs annually brings likeminded youngsters together to not only connect with books but to also be in a creative environment where they can express themselves while still having a fun and learning experiences.
