PHILIPSBURG:--- Tonight through Tuesday evening: Generally cloudy, becoming overcast at times and breezy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Lingering moisture and instability in the wake of an active tropical wave, along with the passage of another less vigorous tropical wave on Tuesday, will maintain an unstable atmosphere. This combination of features will continue to produce inclement weather across the forecast area. However, the rainfall amount is not expected to be as high as today’s total.
Moderate to heavy showers accompanied by thunderstorms could prolong flooding due to already saturated soils. Heavy showers may also cause rockfalls/landslides along
